Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Wishbone Pixels, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Our monthly social media management packages are designed to deliver consistent value and measurable results. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before subscribing:

1. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • All our monthly packages are prepaid and must be paid in full before the commencement of services.

  • Once a payment is successfully made, it is deemed non-refundable under normal circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may choose to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle. Such cancellations must be requested in writing and will take effect from the following month.

  • Midway cancellations during an active campaign are not permitted. Once a campaign has started, the client is obligated to continue through the agreed term.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, specifically if Wishbone Pixels is unable to deliver services as per the mutually agreed scope. In such a case:

  • If the campaign has commenced and is discontinued due to internal limitations or unforeseen circumstances on our end, a partial refund will be processed, calculated by deducting the value of services already rendered (prorated based on deliverables).

  • No refunds will be issued for services already executed, including but not limited to content creation, scheduling, strategy development, or paid media execution.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of a refund request, the client must notify us in writing within 7 days of the service disruption or shortfall.

  • All disputes shall be resolved amicably; however, Wishbone Pixels reserves the right to make the final decision on refund eligibility.

  • Any legal matters arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our registered office.
